the overwhelming majority are a welcome addition to the lineup but there are a few i've been watching drop in on everyone in sight for years. today saw the worst repeat offender paddle out to a crowded peak and proceed to blatantly drop in on someone on her first three waves. on one she had the audacity to apologize and say she didn't see the guy she plowed over with her giant log. no, you didn't see him because YOU NEVER LOOK BACK! these ladies aren't beginners. they just don't give a fcuk. (this concludes this yearly rant. have a great weekend!)
if you surf rockaway you know not to surf at 90th. its kook central there and no on has the bells to police the lineup.
that place is definitely a zoo, especially when it gets big. getting to the point where i'd rather drive to long beach if i go up there.
this was out east where it's usually a bit more chill. i almost said something but knew it wasn't worth the drama because this chick has been like this for years.
why not? what was she gonna do? fight? Is she super local or something? you can always drop a polite "yo!" when you're paddling into the wave. I wonder if I know her?

all the people she dropped in on gave a 'yo' which she ignored. after watching her do it a third time in a row i was just laughing about it though it's kinda dangerous because she rides this huge red log.. i guess i'm kinda old school and think regulating a girl is beneath me. i mean, what's to gain? she tells me to fcuk off and just keeps doing it? it's not like we're going to take to the beach.. would be more forgivable if she was hot

LOL srsly! I was surfing out east minding my own business when this butch chick (short, brunette) dropped in on me. She was like" oh were YOU on that wave" ....yea about 10 yards before you were and you snaked me BIOTCH!! Then she is trying to apologize more and I just ignore her, and she replies, " what you don't talk to everybody when you are out in the water". I said no, I don't and finally she got out sparing my life cause lord knows what would have happened if that log actually hit me.
I have got to be one of the nicest guys in the lineup no matter where I surf..I'll give up waves all day as long as I get a few good ones myself. But when you have someone like that and all civility fails..Either yell at her till she goes home or surf somewhere else.
You should never stuff a chica but let her cut me off all day just cause shes a woman..............not gonna happen.
Does it really matter if she's hot?! If she's hot then that ***** is getting her way everywhere she goes.....don 't let your "manhood" get in the way of your human hood. And I don't know if she'd fight or not, but I'd prove my point by organizing a "drop in squad".....drop in on all her waves for an hour or so....make sure you say "sorry".....show her what it's like. Ironically, if I drop in on you, it's because you saw me paddle for it, knew you were faster than me, snaked around the back side of me, so that you could "claim" position, then looked at me dirty when I popped up anyway. Just because it took me 20 seconds of paddling to get on that wave, doesn't mean you have the right to use your ability to snake the peak me from behind. Anyway, back to her.....if I was there I'd say something to her.....kook and all I'd let her know. O' maybe that's what you actually need, get a hot chic to say something to her.
