I live between Seaside and Island Beach St. Pk. This year any waves we get race in and flop right over with no sections or nothing. Can this go on forever?

its all about the sandbars dude.iv had many similar experiences, where its dumping 10 miles down the road and its flat at your spot, just dumping right on the beach,i know it sucks.just gotta move around and hopefully find a good bar and hopefully the winds are good

Spots from Bayhead to Ibsp haven't been "right" in a couple years if you ask me. There are spots that work, but in general it's certainly not what it used to be/should be. It must be replenishment. Hopefully it won't take mother nature long to bring things back.

I hear ya... if you live in Monmouth Beach, it's the story of your life. Army Corps of Engineers comes in, does their thing, and shuts the place down for who knows how long.

    Hopefully that will change soon.
