Preferrably somewhere in Monmouth County. There is one in Mantoloking. http://bravesurf.com/SurfCam/tabid/56/Default.aspx Not sure who sponsors it, but its on the Brave New World website.
Yeah saw that too.....but monmouth beach is usually significantly smaller than lets say where i surf.....belmar - manasquan. I'd like to see some cams up around and in between these places.
I would too. If anyone knows of any (not surfline) it'd be awesome. Where did Exit98 cam used to be? I remember they used to have it, so it would have to be somewhere in the Belmar-Mansaquan area, but they took it down...
If i could get some rich person to let me setup the network and host the website there on their property i would do it. Save me gas from taking the trip and im sure a lot of other people too.
I work for an ISP....I can def host and even create the website for free. Just need some other supporters to help come up with some capital for equipment. cameras and such. Maybe a weather station. Any ideas or suggestions welcome.
i know some people who live on the beach, but i never bothered to ask if we could put a cam up becuase it is almost guarantees a packed lineup!!
they money isn't the biggest hurdle, finding a location is usually the hardest part. if anyone has a lead on where we can put a camera, then Swellinfo is absolutely interested in making it happen.
i could probably get one up at 10th st in beach haven in LBI, not sure if that is one you'd want since its a few blocks north of holyoke
If anyone is interested in helping me get one setup in Long Branch... PM me and let me know. I shall be going this weekend to talk to some places.
Lock it up bro! Git er' done!!! Pier Village? Or 7 Prez? And I'd help but I'm real busy...and idk if companies/stores would want to negotiate with a 17yr old...
You can rig it up somewhere in Squan. Maybe off the North side of the beaches somewhere. Talk to one of the house owners, they might be real chill about it.
