that's great, man...we don't live on the left coast! Chest high ground swell is a reason to get excited, considering the sh#tty year it's been, are you kidding me?! You're on a surfing forum. I'd much rather hear people getting hyped and excited than hear people like you trolling us for it. I just really don't understand the pessimistic ideals of a lot of people that have been recently posting on Swellinfo. A few years ago, there were only a handful of users that would actually use this forum. All of which seemed like awesome, surf-stoked east coasters who just wanted to share stories, tips, and general swell forecasting knowledge with each other. It seems that with the popularity of Swellinfo more and more users are poisoning the Swellinfo of old. I rarely rant like this on here, but it just seemed kind of necessary at this point. And lastly, I'm sure I'll get trolled for this post

So, you buzz kills, you killjoys, you doomsayers & you nattering nabobs of negativity, you just go back to your bar stools & leave us optimistic, positive, hopeful types to our dreams our hopes our fantasies, yes, I said it, fantasies, big clean & green peeling away forever into the unknown with nary a tourist or a kook or a pollutant in sight, the perfect board underneath our feet(s), sliding into one gorgeous wet strong curving talking heaving wave after another....
