you aint gonna get a job unless it is in a sportsbook. I lived and worked there bck in 2000 and it was great but some of those sports books got shutdown by the fbi (long story). if you dont work in one of those you will be giving out hand jobs for work. there is high enough unemployment there any non american or english business is going to give a job to a tico who is fluent in spanish and english. good luck though
I had a guy in Malpais offer to build me a technical school for A/C and Refrigeration. He offered me 4 hecters for 10,000 in 05. But, as fate would have it, I started my company shortly after returning that year and never went back. Have no way of communicating with him.
