Fin in ocean county

    saw a big fin come up then go right under today in ocean county nj. looked like a dolphin but water is still to cold for them

    There are dolphins out now. in fact I started seeing them a month ago in Md.

    water's in the low 50's/high 40's...plenty warm enough for flipper.
