    I don't always bust airs.... but when I do, I prefer to bench press 450lbs while airborne.

    I think you are referendum to NJshredmachine. Say what's you want about him I've seen him catch monster waves. 23 foot range. He is in Europe now working. It's funny that your jealous of someone just because they have a model girlfriend. Hahahaha. I was just asking if anyone can catch airs like me. I guess your answer is a sounded NOOO!

    And I answer your question I bench with 4 plates on each side. That's 45 pounds a plate. Do the math.
