Who would want Detroit? There's some nice buildings there for sale on the CHEAP. Might be worth the investment if the city ever turns itself around (doubtful).

It's a real shame. We need to change the laws on foreigners buying property in the US. You wouldn't believe how hard it is for us to start a business or buy over in china. I have looked hard into it, since my wife is Chinese. Other countries do it to us so why don't we repay the favor. Just think how much revenue the gov. could make. This is our country and we should preserve it for future generations not sell it off. Look at Germany a few years back how they preserved their economy. A lot of their companies were manufacturing out of country. They changed the laws so most of the assembly and parts were made in their own country, short of the auto industry. They rebounded and their economy as well. Just a thought !
The worst part about those networks is when one releases a new series, the others release a direct knockoff within three hours. Pawn Stars = Hardore Pawn Tanked = Fish Tank Kings River Monsters = Monster Fish Shark Week = Sharkfest Gold Rush Alaska = Bering Sea Gold etc. etc. etc.
