This was the one that I created a while ago, and rmatlack improved upon ( thanks matlack! ).

The animated GIF shows two different versions of the design.



Once I get a chance I'll email the illustrator files to Micah in case he wants to use them.

As for the current vote, I like the font in design 3, so design 3 would be my vote.

If you're gonna go with the green man and swell indicator, why not include the conditions icon as well. It's all green. Oh, and one other thought, how accepting of designs 1,2, & 3 do you think the sponge crowd will be? Better to go generic than stir the pot anymore than it is already. Did your graphic designer give you any other dramatically different designs? The main graphic is very Avant-garde, but the Gumby rider is old school. Interesting combination.

If I had to choose between any of the designs it would be #4; however, I personally like the website logo...then maybe just add one of the green men on the sleeve or something. The current character that is surfing kinda looks like Mr. Hankey the Christmas Poo.

i voted on 3 and 4. 3 because its kinda of shnnnazzy with its font and 4 because of the simplicity of it. reminds me of an old school videogame or some chit.

 

I voted for 3. I dig the ideas and all...but I think you/friends could come up with some sicker designs. I think it would be really sick and a good idea to include in your design your 'trademark', the animated hurricane symbol! GL with the shirts Micah! I will be sure to get one no matter the design tho!

I'd like #3 if it didnt have the green guy in the wave. Looks kinda corny. Green Guy on the sleeve would be sick though.

Number 4 is awsome cause only people who use swellinfo know what it means. And it's simple. And I'm not digg'n the gumby lookin dude.
