The Cherokee gets between 12-20. My old '96 with 170k miles got around 16 hwy and 11 city. My brothers '00 with a 3" lift and 31" muds gets about 10 city and 14 hwy. My friends '01 gets about 15 city and 20hwy. Xterras are bigger, but also have a V6 rather than 4.0L HO I6 like in the Cherokees. So I'm guessing they are around the same for mileage. HAHA that blows dude, I spent $6500 for mine. But when I drop the next $10000 on mods, It'll smoke your stock STI cause you got no money to mod it Stock it runs a ~5.5 0-60. Max whp is about 165@6000 and max torque is about 175@2500 which is maintained throughout the range. Yay turbos! With all the mods it'll be about 325-350whp and 280-315lb/ft torque and run a sub 4 0-60.
Been thinking about one of those. Good gas milage, functional, and great reviews. How well do boards fit in there? What lengths? How many? Thanks.
i have a mazda 3 as well. My 6'8 fits in there easy along with someone in the passenger seat. It goes into the passenger's space a bit. I have nothing bad to say about my mazda 3. I have a 2005. I wouldnt mind if it had a bigger engine tho. I like the mazda 6 a lot, but it was out of my price range.
68' VW Beetle Flat black with a iron cross on the hood, and a 2007 VW Rabbit 2.5 L, chipped and lowered. Just to name a few of my cars
yeah man the toyotas know how to make a mean vehicle.. i drive an 02 4runner and ive got 112000 miles on it and its running fine
Cherokees are badass. The YJ, XJ and CJ are where its at. AKA Wrangler, Cherokee and CJs. Anything else sucks. Including the 4 door Wrangler. A Wrangler is only a Wrangler if its 2 dr and a 5spd.
well, jeep people are like harley riders. there's a certain form of purity. a 4 door is like a v-rod in that it's a wrangler but a wussified version for sissies and upper crust types. anything outside of a wrangler tho is a mom car (including cherokees). To be really pure, the wrangler should be in I-6, with half doors, no AC and a stick.
would love to see pics i dont know what it is but i love the bodies on the old sr5's . Forget the new tacos there so ugly
Full doors are good, but still a soft top. I like having glass windows rather than sheets of plastic... I still like Cherokees. The big ass 4.0L is a solid engine... prolly one of the best engines I've seen. Say what you want about the Cherokees they are still one of the most dependable vehicles on the road.
HAHA, ya I'd give both my nuts. I was joking, no one on this site could ever afford that car, its like $200,000. haha
