And then they'll reply "Well then you won't mind us coming in and looking around just to make sure, will ya???"

Your response will dictate how the next few hours/days/weeks of your life will unfold. And, there is one, and only one, answer they will settle for. Plus, I'm sure any future travel will involve the TSA having fun giving you extra attention while groping your crotch.

It's a slippery slope. Proceed with caution.

The logic of "if you're not doing anything wrong you've got nothing to worry about" scares me.

    Which gets me thinking....

What'll happen if one of those hajis glasses a bomb instead of a brick of opium in a surfboard one day??? Say good bye to ever bringing your board on a surf trip again.

"Don't worry, we're just going to use this dremel to make sure this is a bona fide repair job on the nose of your board. Afterwards you can use this special TSA tape (contract went to the lowest bidder) to seal it back up. Look right here, it says waterproof on the label. Good luck."

nynj you are quite happy with people telling you what to do. can you wash my car for me?

Those who surrender freedom for security will not have, nor do they deserve, either one.-BF

No, Taking your shoes is no biggy, but the idea of them taking a little glass off your board to see if it contains a bomb would be a biggy in my book.

Sure. If you need help washing your car I'm happy to help...
    I do have freedom.

Have you ever actually had an issue with any of the crap you're talking about. Do you actually feel like you're being told what to do? I wake up every day and do whatever the fu*k I want. And I'm sure you do to.

This conversation came from some jerkoffs buying/selling drugs on the internet. They deserve to get caught for being lazy! They are like the Wavejet of the drug world.

What I do worry about stems from the bureaucratic types that come up with patriot act laws and dept of homeland security who then say if you're not doing anything wrong there's nothing to worry about. Then they use those laws [which are much more freedom restricting than state/local laws] that were conceived in order to battle domestic terrorism on PJB's ex-friends that are selling a little weed on the corner in Camden.

Once again it's a slippery slope. Remember the gubment employees are like everyone else, they have bosses to answer to and will do almost whatever they can legally get away with in order to impress said bosses to get promoted/elected. I just don't want an environment to exist where I can be fodder in that process.

Sure you can do whatever the fu*k you want but have you checked the hourly price of a lawyer lately? Do you have the financial resources to prove your innocence? Because, that premise seems to be the direction federal laws are heading. The common sense train left long ago and rolled out of sight on 9/11.

Id rather not pay taxes to an entity that murders foreign people, but if I dont become complicit in their murders they send men with guns to my house to put me in a cage. I need to pay protection every paycheck or else I get shook down

does this explain how I cant-dont do whatever I want to do...... or are you dense?

Nobody wants to pay taxes dude... That's why you don't want to pay taxes? Because they kill foreign people?

You can leave if you don't want to stay in the US. So actually you can do what you want... Get it buddy? Or are you dense?

    lolololloo you are laughable homie!!!!

no matter where you go there is an entity called the state that collects protection money, have you ever lived abroad? do you know what FACTA is? basically the IRS takes your money no matter where you are (even if you give up your passport and us citizenship, they take money, no joke).

you are quite content in your slavery as you feel your cage is decked out with 'freedom' I know the cage is comfy, but I recognize it for the cage it is

you say they deserve to get caught for using silk road...I say doing and buying drugs isn't even a real crime

no victim no crime, it is THAT simple

keep justifying your slavery, you are a perfect shill

Ok homie. I guess I am a shill... You like to get obnoxious and name call. I was having a conversation and giving my opinion. I guess mommy taught how to get your point across without name calling.

I somewhat agree with your opinion on drug use. I don't care what someone wants to do with their money or body.
But to say selling drugs victimless shows how ignorant you really are. And I have partaken in my fair share.
But go to any drug infested neighborhood and tell me there's no victims. People that get robbed for drug money, mothers whose kids steal from them, homeowners who can't let their kids play outside are all victims.

its not name calling when its the truth, you are justifying immoral behavior from an authority figure

there wouldn't be drug crimes if they weren't illegal to begin with. plants and molecules being illegal creates black markets which in turn create criminals and the associated problems therein.

the state, by making the things illegal, makes the crime.

allow a regular market for those items and the incentive for criminals to peddle them would disappear

I like where your head is at, just follow the thought train all the way to the station

i didn't even know about silk rd until I seen it on cnn.i could care less about what they do,i wouldn't buy anything illegal over the internet.im sure theres websites where u can buy guns and explosives non discreetly, count me the phuk out!!everybody gets watched, emails read, phones tapped, but when they see u aren't a legitimate threat or case, they move on to the next on the list.if ur buyin a gram everyweek off the internet, they will watch u,but let u slide for the bigger fish.if ur buying pounds a week, then u got a classic isi detail on ur azz.

just for a second, just think about how good drugs are for the economy.im not talkin about drug addicts,im talkin about the millions they make that gets laundered through legit banks and builds new skyscrapers with it.drugs employ a lot of people.u got ur regular street guys, broke people from the ghetto tryin to get a meal for the day, barely surviving.then u got the middlemen and up to the big dogs who never speak or touch a thing bring in millions a week that gets redistributed eventually.next u have law enforcement, gov agencies like dea, ice, homeland security, etc.thats probably around 200,000 jobs right there across America.so if they decided to legalize everything, all these people would be without a job, crashing the economy.u probly got a 20 in your wallet that's been used to snort blow months ago.its everywhere, doesnt mean do it.i don't do any drugs, only puff the sleeping dragon.been doin it for over a decade, never decided hey lets go do dope or meth, and I had that shyt infront of me my whole child n teenage years.people try given it to u for free, still say fukit. I know plenty of people who I smoked with as a kid and they later od'd on dope or painkillers in their 20s.some people just have a natural addiction and want to get high without stopping.the only way a drug addict cures themselves if they want to be clean, probation, court, drug tests will keep someone like that clean for a yr or 2 then they go back.i got family like this, married into the family, sad to say but its relative.anyway people are still gonna do drugs, some people will kill over it,and federal workers will continue to get paid lockin up people like u folks lol
