By the looks of the picts it doesn't look like anybody went out! I guess those that did had some sweet uncrowded waves all to themselves! If that was Florida it would've looked like a flea market in Bangladesh out there! Now there's an advantage to cold water! Nice picts man! You should send those to Surfline and ESM.
It was actually down south (North Carolina) and the wind had just started to change. It got a bit more crowded but not very....definitely not complaining.
Right on... that's still pretty incredible especially for NC to not see a crowd out there! The waters a lot warmer in NC so you would think everybody would be on it.
Wonderful pics! I was out at CB for an hour in slightly smaller conditions but very clean and not many closeouts. was a great session til I got cocky and tried to semi-late take-off on a set wave and went over the falls. Bruised my shoulder pretty bad on impact with my board in the impact zone. I got out soon after and am still amazed I didn't break anything the way I landed and tumbled over. It was torture watching from the beach as near perfection peeled away in front of me. oh well enough of my sob story..thanks for the pics!
Those are dope man! Glad you took the pics. I don't have anyone to back this up (I was alone somehow) but they were breaking in front of the pier in vb too! I reckon those had a$$ on em if they did here!
