Thanks man, I appreciate that, glad to be back.

Pump I honestly don't know about that stuff, I mean I'm glad you guys hashed it out and all...I was applauding Mr. Bear's regional assessment.

I live in NJ but I'm thinking about moving back to PA. I've lived in PA previously, Puerto Rico, and Erockville, NC.
I've been all over this stinkin country and been to lots of places on this globe. I'm going to be 51 years old soon. I've been to Prison and I've worked helping guys get back on their feet after getting out. Up until about a year ago I operated a backhoe for over 13 years, digging holes for data/telecommunications line installations. I got promoted to Supervisor so now I spend a lot of time sitting in office trailers on work sites telling other people what to do and stalking people on this site. A lot of our work is in PA so I drive a lot but I still surf whenever I please. I still ride shortboards (6'6 for big boys) but I mostly stick to my fish these days. I ride a 1998 Harley Fatboy. I surf and ride my bike all year round. I used to Rage Against the Machine like MIS and his peeps but now I figure life is too short to be *****ing. I have fathered 4 children. at my age, every day you wake up still breathing is a good day.

Chavez, you're one of my favorite people on here. I sincerely mean that.

Don't move to PA. Hey, I'm not one of them Jersey anti-PA shoobie/benny types. I was born in Darby and lived(albeit shortly in SW Philly). I also lived in Yeadon, PA for a year here and a year there. I like PA.

Shoot my Daddy went for a sentimental drive across the bridge a few months ago and I went with him. I get this feeling over there that I belong there. It just feels right. But surfing is a necessity.

I want you to keep surfing as much as you can. Moving to PA will diminish the time you surf. You HAVE to drive to PA to work.....but you don't HAVE to drive to NJ to surf.

Please stay in New Jersey. Plus, I need you to get me nice on Friday......I'm starting to get weird and need healing indica.....

Oh Seen, that last post was epic, dude.

Yeah I know deep down I aint going nowhere. It wouldn't just be surfing I'd miss but just walking up and looking at the ocean in the Winter and all the young hot A$$ in the Summer. The juxtaposition of the bleak Winter and the madness of Summer. We talked about that before I think. Just had a bad drive this AM. All the idiotic sheeple on I-95 and RT 322. In PA, once you get out past Delco and the city, there are lots of big houses with clueless people living in them. I know where I'm going first to plunder when society falls apart.
We gotta get Seen down here and show him the sights.

Hey, I don't hate ALL transplants... only the uncool ones--which represents 99.642% of them. Pumpmaster's all good in my book.

Living in PA was the best thing for surfing in my life. Reminded me that if you want something bad enough you will wake up at 3am and drive to grandmas house on bay ave in ocean city for hotcakes and waves. Then you will drive home later that night, pass out on the highway, wake up when your car hits the rumble strips, panic, almost side swipe 45 cars and continue on.

Those were the days, young love if you will.

Pumpmaster - move to Beaufort/Harker's Island, buy a nice deep V cuddy cabin cruiser and I'll officially become your new best friend, bring you beers and food every weekend possible, AND take you to The Secret Spot.

Patgeds32, I must ask what you mean by "douche chills."

Perhaps you are referring to the awesome shuddering motion experienced when I make a direct deposit, 'douching' away the genetically inferior residue clinging to the walls of the superfund site that is your girlfriend's vagina?

I make some tough decisions in life. You may not have to make split decisions with six figures hanging in the balance, but I have to, frequently. It's stressful. I'm entitled to complain just as much as you. You think I never wish for the simpleton life of a Monmouth custodian?

I would like a white helmet and a red jump suit to surf with. And for all jet skiiers in the surf zones all over the globe to stall out and get sucked over the falls and have to be rescued by other jet skiiers who themselves get into the soup and get washed up on shore in pieces.

    And world peace.
