I've never gone on a surf trip yet because I'm young and I started surfing 2 years ago. I've heard alot about PR and El Rincon and all that and was wondering the cheapest way to have a nice surf trip there. (In a resort) And tips overall. Thanks.

Cheapest way is to get your parents to take you. Take advantage of it while you still can! I'm assuming they wouldn't let you go alone anyways...

Ya, but ya know, we're not like the high end wealthy type. I was thinking like maybe asking for money towards it every xmas and b-day.

And ya , they probably wouldn't let me go alone unless someone they know is taking me. But, I really don't have any adult surfing friends.

Don't go looking here for any either. Keep fraternizing with other teen groms.

I know a couple through contests, but not good enough for them to take me on trips though.

    Lol. With Florida plates?

Fun Fact: Puerto Rico has half the population of NYC and twice the murder rate.

Dude I'm young! I run a coffee stand in the summer and save Xmas and Bday money for things. I also ask my dad for chores to do for money. Right now I have $300 bucks and need things, but I would also love to save for a surf trip.

I live in the hills, the closest place I could work is a winery and do labor work in the summer.

Now that I think about, it will probably be you in the van and lock me up under 23 footers in Joizy.
