Gracias, DPSUP, very cool....yes, I recall & will take you up on that if I'm ever south-southbound. Props also to ZGAFF for his SoCal info & one day we will surf some Carlsbad breaks together.

Met some cool folks from here, have surfed Delaware (shhhhh.....secret 23' pier-shotting!), AI, VB, Costa Rica with some of those same cool folks.

Then there's the stumblin', bumblin' entertainment factor online, incl wti, the gnome, boo-boo, fitzwater, chrome dome & my trusty troll posse (ttp). All of whom would no doubt be entertaining in real life, as well; but are best kept in cryonic storage here on SI Forum.

Headed to CR this wknd....goodness & warmth & boardshorts & incoming swell early next week!

 

DP is lying, it's never good anywhere down here and the sharks are horrendous. Florida surf is non existent and if it's even moderately surf-able, you have to surf with Wayne the van man and no one wants that.
