It got really noticeable down here about mid last week. My black car is a mess with the yellow pollen and water from my board while on the roof. May get some rain tomorrow.

dude i buy honey off the comb. i chew on it... which the american dental asociaction admits is tits for you teeth.... I'm a littlle dunk righ now. so maybe I'm not getting it entirely right...

but yeah, something about honey with 100 miles of where you are from, off the comb, is good for your allergies. old wives tail>>> maybe... but somebody has to have sex with old wives and it best be me. what. I'm drunk. hail u2b

metro dc has some of the worst spring pollen on the planet, no kiddn, people re-locate here in winter & go through hell on earth in spring. Almost as bad as Austin, TX. with their oak insanity affliction.

my boy puts pollen or whatever in his oatmeal to "build up resistance"... f### science

That could be a myth, daegg. Pollen is a protein, easily broken down/digested by stomach enzymes, ultimately having no effect one way or another on allergies. Allergy shots are said to help build resistance, but even many allergists are not sure of that, some even call it witchcraft. Jury is still out on that in the world of immunology.

allegra D, Benadryl.... For everything else, there's vagisil

And stop f@&$in crying about it, it's just allergies. This is natures way of saying she doesn't like you, and you don't fit in... Very politely, to that. Oh and cover your mouth when you sneeze.

(Been dealing with pollen allergies since 5th grade, F off)

I had them so bad I used to get allergy shots as a kid. Pretty much the only that gets me now is the pollen and there are A LOT of medications out there that do not work for me. I used to love the original Actifed, then the gov decided something in it was bad. Lately Zyrtec has been working. Allegra doesn't do crap for me and the vagisil just makes me moist

Give Singulair (montelukast) a whirl, if you can. It works well in many patients for both allergies and Asthma. It is not an anti-histamine, but blocks another mediator in the allergy cascade, leukotrienes. Different approach is sometimes called for.
