Yo Geoff!! Where did you get out at?! Unfortunately, due to work, and the goddamn sunlight going out by 5pm, I was unable to get out. PS. Had to replace my TGV's and blew my turbo seal on the STi.
Photos from Yesterday I posted 1 picture from yesterday in the gallery. There are a few more at http://www.willhallphoto.com/New_Pictures.html#grid
OC NJ looked alot like the pic from OC MD.....NJ was a BLAST Nothin like pickin up a new 7'8" Campbell Bros Bonzer and takin it striaght from the shop out to nice clean lines!
today in wb was pretty fun evn though they said knee high the spot i was at we had some stomach barrells come by it was nice and it was just me and another dude so we were able to get a system done and make sure no waves got by us.
where i was surfing at the north end of vb, there were some thigh hi barrels. You couldn't get into them but they barrelled... only up to your thighs though. (psyche i didnt go out today)
im calling bs on that picture. It's too big of a wave for any day within the last week or so, and why would the guy already be wearing gloves
Well the air temps up here in NJ are anywhere from 25 to 50 degrees. The water looks to be about 53-55 degrees as well. I wouldn't be surprised to see people bringing out the gloves...
on sunday i was in a 4/3 boots and gloves, i was the only person out without a hood but at 2 hrs my head was cold on weds it was frigid, i had a hood on, i think the air was like 35 degrees! waves were sick from a groundswell, no one in the water, you could do like 3-4 good turns per wave, so stoked for days like that
thanks! post up that pic #52 and #55 its exactly what i was looking for. i tried to post them on here but no bueno
Who's calling ''bs?'' The sequence of photos, and the Bridge Data, notice the highlighted times on the data (the camera clock wasn't re-set for EST), so I'm curious as to why you call ''bs;'' but then I remembered, you're from Vah Beach, and you really shred.
It was pretty good here in spite of steady 30mph+ winds and insanely cold. The swell filled in on the high tide just like this site predicted it would. If you missed it though its probably because you have a job or some responsibility on a Wednesday afternoon. Or perhaps you decided to go srtiper fishing instead only to get skunked.
Delaware misses north swell almost completely...the sooner you figure that out the sooner pictures like that stop surprising you.
