Been here my entire 33 years of existence, started surfing at 15, so you do the math. 5 years is a good start though Bub
so my maths tells me you have been suffering for 18 years old without knowing what a real wave it. its all good, maybe one day you will see it for what its worth? I know this is coming across super sarcastic and I guess if was stuck somewhere I would try and claim it, but seriously, go travel more. Of my 24 years of surfing, between 3 continents, 8 states and 6 countries, FL was the worst place I surfed. never surfed ga or sc, so I bet they are worse.....
Surfed Puerto Rico twice, three this October, Kill Devil Hills on the OBX, and Santa Cruz CA like 6 weeks ago, I think I'm well aware what a real wave is, but keep shooting blanks, your constant arguments on here are amusing. Truth be told, I have gotten better waves here at home on occasion than any of those places, not to say I didn't get good waves in those places, because I did. I love all those places and will return for more, but no place like home.
Bro me and my braddahs have been using this one for years at opportune times. So many great parts of that movie. Especially the maniacal laugh from the coked out Ray Liotta. KR, I'm coming up to OS to chill with you next time I'm up in the PNW.
I surf to travel and fur sun, not to backwards rationalize what a good wave is, but hey keep claiming it , you need to to stay sane I reckon
mis13, man you sure like to hate dont you? you must be from new jersey ever come to my break and your Prius will be on cinder blocks and have a new sun roof.
That's pretty nice of you blasters, to install sunroofs while people are getting a sesh. I mean you could be out there surfing but instead your on the beach doing good deeds. Do you do oil changes? Wash and wax?
oh blastie, I dont love to hate, I just know what a good wave is, and I dont suffer fools lightly. maybe one day you will figure it out too!
many times in peru i would hire a poor child to wash/dry my car and sit on the bumper while i was out surfing for security reasons. it was always less than a buck; i seem to remember coughing up $.50 for his service….. oh and they used to fight over the work. i would pull into the parking lot and a brawl would ensue. after a couple of times i gave the work to the big kid cause he was going to win the fight anyways.
Hey hey now. Don't lump us in with GA. Also, I think you are forgetting Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama. I still think OBX/NC has one up on NJ.
September at some point? Also, I nominate this for best creepy first post of the year. Man, there's some great energy in the air...whale petting, lurkers down for the SI Pine Barrens think tank* 2014, volcomteamUSA. Times like this that make one proud to live the #saltlife. *use of the term think tank credited to Mr. MFitz.
