    Check out dark wallet.

Cody from defcad (printable 3d guns, love it) designed it. Dude is a major player in the freedom movement, scary smart, wise beyond his years.

Any brands people have in mind? I don't mind making calls.

A group buy on custom wetsuits from Carapacewetsuits.com

I think everyone can get on board with it.

I bet the companies that are always on whiskeymilitia and steepandcheep and other discount sites are good targets. I bought a hooded 543 Xcel wetty a few years ago for like 180. It is worn out now so I am looking to buy another... sunglasses are not as interesting but are always on there. Surftech is always there too but who da heck surfs that crap since it came out...(side note, anyone actually like surftech?)

I stick by some blanks, boards from anyone (love me adiscount board... local international brand,,,whatevers) and some wettys from Xcel or Matuse. Thanks for including the family.

Either way though... Custom wetsuits. We should definitely go custom with a group buy. Better materials, better fit, just better. If we can get a 20% discount... DOPE!

Can you guys explain what all this 'group buy' stuff is to an old head? What is bit coin? Reason I'm asking is because my brother in law and me are starting up a silk screen business. We are going to be making shirts, hats, and other stuff under an established, small brand that is out of Rincon, PR. We are going to be using only environmentally friendly inks.
I don't want to throw the brand name out there yet cause we are still hashing out the contract. But I will tell you that it is not solely a surf brand, it is a brand for those who explore, those who want to get away from the herd whether it be surfing, skating, mountain biking or climbing, diving, exploring.

Group buy is economies of scale pretty much. A seller is willing to negotiate a bulk price for a number of items with a lower profit margin per item sold thus reducing overall price per item. Example. I have 50 firends who want surfboards that usually cost $500. Buyer says since I have 50 orders here I want each at $450 or I go somewhere else. Shaper is making less profit per board but getting 50 orders which is sweet for him. Apply concept to any product or service.

Bitcoin is a mysterious thing however. it was/is??... digital currency that allows you (if you delete all digital footprint of yourself fro mwhat I hear) to anonymously buy hookers and drugs off the internet. If you bought a bitcoin when it came out for alpaca socks, you would now be rich as al merrick

Adding on to this... There is a finite amount of bitcoins out there. You can purchase them with cash or you can mine for them. It used to be relatively easy to mine for them if you had the correct algorithms/programs. Now you need to invest 10's of thousands of dollars into a machine that is made specifically to mine for bitcoins. Others are pooling their computing resources in mining pools. From my understanding the best way to get any bitcoins now is to buy them with cash if the market temporarily crashes, invest big money and hope your system can keep up with the computing needs + electricity. I've heard you tend to lose money on pooling based on your electricity bill being greater than your bitcoins you receive.

Moral of the story: Shoulda been here yesterday.

When I was at Stockton College, I was a member of our surf club. I reached out to WEST wetsuits one day, asking for a hook up. They sent pro-forms that were 20% under wholesale. 5/4's for $186.

I had to get a credit card (my first one) Pushed my credit limit to 5K, spent about 4,500 on suits for everyone.
