hey I was just wondering how much info people have about upcoming contests on or around long island!! I know about the bunger one at gilgo but other than that I need something to keep the competitive juices flowing during my offseason!! I don't mind driving a few hours either! I remember being up in narrangansett and there was one going on when I was there and I almost grabbed a rental and registered haha! im not sick nasty good but contests look so fun! thanks!!
There are contests in RI every month or every other month. In LI, not sure, I think there is one this weekend tho. Also in Hull Mass. on Nantasket Beach, this weekend there is the New England longboard classic, which I will be doing. Email Pete Pan at bicsurf@hotmail.com and ask him to sign you up for the Southern New England ESA Contest update list. Jersey has some contests too. When were you in gansett when you saw the contest? I was probably there.
yeah there is also a beach vault in seaside heights! I get to vault then surf its the best!!! actually its funny because a lot of people I compteted against and vaulted with surf too!
