When CT posted that I laughed so damn hard I woke up the wahine next to me and there was no possible way she'd have understood. It's an SI thing.

 

I was at sports authority with my 10 yr old and im about 10 mentally so it works out well. We walked past the mma area and my son lets the heavy bag have it. He looks at me and is like knock out the dummy (same one this guys giving the bas rutten routine too in the vid). So i hit it with a hard right hook...chaos ensues... theres no sand or water in it. I blasted it into a bunch of clothing racks and knock them down then we both start laughing histerically.

When you showed peeps the vid, what was their response? My crew is benign to astonishment after knowing me, but they were beside themselves when they witnessed the dummy beating. A combination of extreme amusement and considerable shock.
