    ny strip
    baked potato

    liquor and beer

that's it. we are gonna keep it simple. i see way to many f-up's with all sorts of gay sh*t. there will be no salad, no steamed kale or asparagus. no, all that stuff does is side track you from the greatness of steak.

here we go. you will need this to start.

    step 1:

make a drink, you choose the liquor but no wine, srsly gtfo with that. beer is for the meal

    preheat oven to 425

put on some surf flick, music, downton abby, idgaf

btw you will also need this:

you probably already know this but, we are grilling a strip, you can substitute for filet or porterhouse. i wont care.

if you don't like a filet or strip, now would be a good time for you to drive as fast as you can into a tree

    step 2

    make a drink

wash potato, poke holes with fork, rub on butter and pour a little salt on

    should look like this:

potato in oven for 1 hr

    light grill

pro tip: dip paper towel in cooking oil. it will get the fire going

sometime the natural wood is a mf'er to get up to heat

add chimmichurri as soon as you flip. this lets the oil do something with the steak or something like that

this is the only optional step. some may not like chimmichurri

Eh, I like to grill inside, less trouble than running in and out. I've got a cast iron grill pan you use on the stove. I grill up some chicken and zucchini, serve it with pasta & homemade pesto I make with basil I grow myself in the summer.
