TS Bertha edit from Folly Beach, SC

wow! very good edit....well, I love the variety in viewpoints, but the actual surfing sucks. More of a lifestyle video...but a professional looking one at that. Keep it up.

 

Cant say that i'm sorry I missed that. In fact watching that made me happy I surfed bertha's swell here in the dirty jerz and not at the washout. From the looks of that video it was way better here. It also makes me glad I moved away from SC permanently.

 

Agree on the vid quality: good stuff.

Looked like a real cluster in the water, though. Summertime madness as surfing becomes mainstream.

The chica in blue....I'm tempted to make a profane yet complimentary remark but will refrain because might hurt someone's friggin feelings.

 

Looked pretty good wave wise. Edit was very nicley done. The old dude on the yellow and blue board ripped better than the rest!

damn that's bullshyt,the first wave u see at like 12 seconds looks pretty epic to me.nj looked nothing like that today.sometimes other states get the swell and we get sloppy seconds.

Honestly, I thought it was damn decent here this week. Unless tha Jerz was consistent OH barrels for 2 days, I am doubting it was that much better than what we got. I love surfing here. Yeah, our area isn't consistent, but when it is good there are plenty of empty peaks to be found. By the way, the Washout isn't the place to go if you want to avoid crowds here. The good thing is that there are other similar breaks around the area.

 

so, I'm guessing the op doesn't surf(?). There's no way I'd be able to keep myself out of the water on one of the best days of the year...and I lived in charleston for 2 years, so I know days like that are few

Although I agree with many things you say cep, I do not agree on this. I have surfed the washout and that looked like the videography made it look better than it was. Im not commenting on the vid just the content. Where did you surf yesterday that it didnt look better than that?
