Switch Lagwagon for Bad Religion and country for 80's new wave and I think we'd have the same playlist.

Sometimes I paddle out when it's 20 degrees and dead flat just to avoid listening to this...

Sounds like most people still enjoy rocking out on their way to surf. This is good.

^^^ Yeah Evol was the record that got me hooked on Sonic Youth. and I do mean "Record" because it came out 28 years ago. Jesus:(

But I just saw Guided by Voices night before last in my hometown. That was amazing. Band I've wanted to see forever, and never did. Turns out Sam who owns Dogfish Head Brewery is a huge fan, got them to come to little old Milton Delaware and play in a 104 year old theatre. And he brewed a 10% imperial lager for the occasion, which got me, the bands lead singer, and lot of others comfortably lit up for the occasion. Great show. Crappy cell shot I took -

I've been listening this song for a few weeks, probably because I only play it once a day.

Dude I somehow missed this post, but hells yeah. Talking Heads are the sh!t, and def are one of my favorite bands...Byrne is a genius, and his dancing is all time. And that show was amazing...they did Burning down the house as an encore, crowd went nuts. I love The Name of This Band is Talking Heads album, when they had like 10 people on stage(late 70s?).

Anyway, I also enjoy some simpler stuff, and when I hear bad news, or generally need some angry music, I occassionally go back to these guys...

Man, that Juggalo thing is just beyond my understanding. I mean I'm not questioning anybody's taste in music, that's a to it's their own thing as far as I'm concerned. This is my favored incarnation of the Heads...
