    Grow some testies, son.

My toes cramp no matter how hydrated or how many bananas I eat...

....but you don't see me starting useless threads to whine about my pain.

Deal with it....or stay the FVck out da water!

    Locals only, beeeyatch.

I've had calf cramps playing Bball also, so maybe it's some vitamin deficiency or maybe I'm just some
big ***** or something. But like Metard said earlier, it's a pain that can shut your whole body down. 5 yrs ago, during some hurricane I was out, calves all locked out, guy pummeled by a wave, lost my board and one fin, and had that moment where you realize that this is how people drown. I stayed in the kill zone for more
Waves than I should've and finally made it to shore...so, I'd like to figure this out, if it's a physical, nutritional, or spiritual thing

Get the fins with the neoprene pocket for your foot. Drink more water. Train with the fins on.

I used to bb when I was a lad and I used to get this all the time as well as numb toes...like every time.

Fast forward to college I got a job that required me to be in churchills every day. I got bigger fins and due to working in them my legs got conditioned. Never had a problem in hundreds of days of work verses 2/3 days cramping.

You want the fins to be a tiny bit loose they won't come off.

    Get new fins.

    (Or a surfboard)

Its the one painted glossy black with "3" emblazened on the deck, with the EZ Boy lounge chair, umbrella, and stripper pole. I'll sell you mine for $300,000 ( it's made from wood, so it floats real good ). The only cramps you'll get from surfing on this wave charging machine is the cramp in you wallet from filling it up with marine grade diesel fuel. Yeah buddy!

The price has just gone up to $1.3 million dollars (This reminds me of an Austin Powers movie).

Got it, no worries, I look out for it next big swell. If it's as dope as you describe I'll throw you a bill and a
Grin. I don't judge on how you enjoy riding waves so don't judge me.

Drink more water. Eat more bananas (or other foods high in potassium). Stretch. Jiminey Christmas havent you ever taken a p.e class ever in your life?

Try different fins, see if that helps after doing the other common knowledge cramp cures.

lol bro those are "bath salts" and no one takes a bath with them. They're designer drugs that are bad news bro. Compounds made in some unregulated wayney lab where you don't know what you're getting or what dose. Not Epsom salt baths bro. No one's having a sic recreational Saturday night off magnesium sulfate haha

Yes it was hilarious bro. Satirical genius.

Already had about 30 people give similar advice with various forms of mocking jabs, sometimes you just gotta jab back

A wise man once told me, in regards to choice of substances, 'go organic, never panic'...avoid dems bath salts.

    Great thread.
