Hahaha great stuff. Wayne is headed Down East for the ultimate bench of w/ Chucky, in an attempt to take all of his wooden boards for his ministry. Dudes, I saw this van in Utah once...it was an off-road 4 wheel drive beast of a vehicle, looked like it can handle everything, totally livable. I want one. Looked like some MWG sh!t.
I've been noticing a windowless white van in my neighborhood recently. He did say something about heading north, didn't he......?
When an doudt, point a gun at em'. Doesn't matter if it's real or not them sickos run away screaming.
Alright, this video will play in nicely with this comment and the Wayne hate that goes on around here. http://vimeo.com/105545893 My buddies from back home put this together. This one is dark but they have plenty of funny videos out there too.
Seldom, I noticed something strange yesterday here in DE at Indian River Inlet..... I had my back to the waves fishing the incoming tide in the inlet for bluefish instead of surfing. HA HA
Brah, it's the approaching singularity! There was quite a ruckus down at my local marsg last night, not sure if it was snappers, blues, or what but lots os commotion at this little old rivermouth.
Surf was decent size, but really blown out. Tide was turning and the birds started diving, glad I brought a rod. Picked up about 15 blues and was soak and wet from the swells crashing the rocks. Couldn't have turned out better. I gotta tell ya, when I first read your post, I thought, man, he is losing it. LOL Then I caught the joke, so maybe I am losing it.
I very well may have already lost it amigo, time will tell... Hey do you cut the heads/tails off da blues immediately to let the oils drain out? Or do you like that fishy taste?
I just iced them down yesterday until I got home, then I cleaned them. I don't think the smaller blues are too bad. I actually haven't eaten them in a couple of years, so we will see how fishy they are. Does that help cut down on the fishy taste? Like bleeding a tuna to not spoil the meat?
That's what all the old timers would say...I was never a huge fan of blues but I never honestly tried that trick.
I'll bleed any fish that I catch. It tastes much better to me. I'm jealous of all this fish talk because we're not getting any in RI.
Good one but I'm serious. All the baits still up in the bay and has yet to move out to the ocean front yet. Usually by this time of year false albacore, blues, and bass are blitzing bait but they ain't gonna blitz when there's no bait. Most fish are really scattered right now witch makes for tough fishing. It sucks but whatever.
This had me crackin up! I was talking to a retired military guy out there, he said the last 3 days in a row, as soon as the tide turned, the blues were there. Figure I'll head back down this weekend with board and rods
