It's on my surfing bucket list. My grandparents are off the boat from Scotland. I've only been there once before I started surfing. I can't believe the vote was no. I don't know any Scots that would've have voted no especially since all hate England.

I've surfed in Scotland, but not there, only in Dunbar, which was OK, but had nice longboard potential. It was a 40 train ride from Edinburgh and made a good day trip. Water was very cold and this was July, but that's why the Scots invented Scotch.

me neither, demographics show all old people voted no, young folks voted yes, this vote 10 years from now will be different
Its not who votes that counts, but who counts the votes...diebold electronic voting, cough cough

    Catalonia next

there seems to be a lot of potential for surfing empty cold waves in scotland, wish my job allowed me to go international

We are all talking about this already. I heard the streets were crowded with people in blue/white all over the country and far less people who weren't. I thought it was the older ones who voted yes. People have come out to vote for the first time in decades. The young people voting no, don't remember the history like the older ones. They have all been distracted by the latest apple device coming out and not things that really matter. Sounds similar to this country.

"It's ****E being Scottish! We're the lowest of the low. The scum of the ****ing Earth! The most wretched, miserable, servile, pathetic trash that was ever shat into civilization. Some hate the English. I don't. They're just wankers. We, on the other hand, are COLONIZED by wankers"
