WTF? Buoys are running 6.4 @ 8 seconds right now? Hot damn. Time for a lunch break. Looking solid all week. Clean tomorrow. What a pleasant surprise it was looking at the forecast. Where the *&^% did this come from.

    Betty you weren't lying!

The old wrap around swell, my favorite move made by women.

Isn't there a high pressure system up north and the pressure gradient between it and down south caused a shot of windswell. Surfline said something to that effect the other day in their forecast.

Bros all I know is that it was 36 here last night when wahine and I were on my porch hammock looking at the beach and now today it's 70. Not too windy though right now. Shouldn't a 34 degree temp change in 10 hours yield something for waves? Is that what Monday's pretty solid forecast here is from?

This morning was sweet: thigh high with waist high sets rolling through, glassy, 85F water, cloudy with distant thunderheads so only surfers were in the water-- love those surprise swells, watching surfers filtering in as word gets out. Course, by time theyre out, it's nearly gone. Must be what that Low left behind as it went up to SC.

totally blown out up here in these parts...gonna try to check out some spots for cross winds tomorrow though...hoping for the best --- we got the same temp change too, though it's been cloudy all day, therefor a little chilly. fall's coming!
