I wonder if Chuckie named his dummy Janay....... EEEWWWWWWWW...... too soon?

Seriously though, I'm thinking of building a beer die table for my backyard. The kids from Maine I went to school with played it year round outdoors. Dudes weren't grizzly looking, but man... the cold just did not bother them.

Sparky is having his way with chucka-boo-boo's milky white (albeit deeply bruised) cheeks for dinner.

Welcome back CT! You completely wiffed on strike # 6 ... you've gotten rusty I see. At least you built a whole bunch of chairs for Mr. Dummy.

What the f*ck happened with your board kit business?

That's cause the poor dog can't stand up on its own anymore, too much latex trauma

Here's a picture with my newest board model "the big guy tri"
The board business is pretty solid, I've sold a few blanks and few finished boards to be honest. Among other forms of income my board business is thriving really. image.jpg . But I never bite off more than I can chew. The big guy tri is my most anticipated board yet. , using half paulownia in construction it's light weight.

Nice... good to hear man. I'd love to build a wooden one myself but between workspace and transport its not in the cards for me right now... As always, it would be cool to see one in action- post some vids if you got em.

On another thread someone (Clemson I believe) was talking about lightening the weight of each successive wooden board. I believe he is using 1/8" Luan for the deck. 'The big guy tri' deck is looking 1/2" thick!! You guys should post up the weights of similar builds/volumes- would be interesting to see if CT can hand out a woodworking smackdown like he hands out sonic ear-claps...

I'm naming my board the big bi guy.

Chuck weren't you gonna send out a bunch of free samples? And where did you get The Metard. I haven't seen anything that elegant since this.

You should sell those Richard Simmons nighty-night socks you're sportin' on your website, chucka-boo-boo.
You'd make as much money as those Maine deck turds you're claiming as surfboards.

I hope you're naming it 'big bi guy' because it will have two fins. But hey, to it's their own.

CT, will the 'big guy tri' be further shaped and thus the deck/bottom will be thinned out? Also, the blocks in between (uhhh ... chamber stansions?) look like solid rectangles. Is this just a prototype to setup Rocker? Or do you go with solid Balsa/Paulownia blocks?

Clemson has some sweet-looking elegantly routered supports ...

Come on guys, the thread is called Surfer Fight Club, let's start comparing notes.

Tom Blake surfboard from the 1930's vs. Ultimate Gnome surfboard. Coincidence? I think not.
