Yeah, really. If Bubble Boy wants to run his hamster wheel across open ocean it should be at his own risk. Not a good use of tax dollars, rescuing idiots.

    That article is hilarious.

"The Coast Guard first encountered Baluchi on Wednesday after receiving a report about a man in a bubble off the coast of Miami, disoriented and asking for directions to Bermuda, a Coast Guard press release said."

if that bubble would've had one of Roy's jagged titanium sheep sodomizing fins, that poor chap would have made it in record time.

He got caught in da guff scream and was on his way to Africa. Had he tried it before the oil spill he could have used it to get to Bahamas.

"They found out he was carrying little more than protein bars, bottled water, a GPS and the satellite telephone where he was reached....

Baluchi combined his knowledge of physics with $4,500 — all he had in savings — to design and build what he calls his Hydro Pod."

For $4500 the dumbass could have built a much more sea-worthy vessel than this dumb aqua-wheel. A sailboat, perhaps?

He's a distance runner, so of course, he thought of this instead. Everything looks like a nail to a man with a hammer.
