    it actually looks like it'd be a decent lb fin without that bumpy leading edge. Whats the size of the one in the picture?

    A prudent person would believe if a guy makes a million dollars from a single surfboard, he would be shrewd enough to use a portion of the proceeds as "seed money" and build his business...and *not* by continuing to sling his snake oil like a sideshow geek on numerous free surfing websites where the strong majority believe he's off his nut.

    I tell you what, I bet you $10 that you can't do it successfully. ABS won't do it.

    Unless you printer has a heated chamber for polycarbonate you'll have to use materials which aren't up to it strength wise.
