Cep I'm stealing that jihadi guy if you don't mind. Let's throw up some numbers boys. I don't lift anymore, but when I was a younger buck and training jujeets(how it sounds when the brazilians say it) I spent some time in the gym. At my peak, weighing in at 195, my bench=365, squat=5 bones, deadlift was around 425. BigMoneyT where you at?
I'm nowhere near those numbers if I tried now. I'm a short square dude, so strength/size gains were never an issue. Dude I've been meaning to take some pics to post in your creation thread. I can't draw for sh!t but I realized i have a creative outlet. Will post this afternoon.
Do it..It doesn't matter if you consider them good cause other people might enjoy it! That's what I was going for and it can be anything creative(writing woodwork glass blowing ect.)
Bro we've got the same bench total. Never hitting 4 bones. I'm more of an incline bench guy - haven't done flat for years. Still put up 245x10 on incline now. My charts are all messed up for what I should be able to do on flat for 1RM. I just don't do it anymore so it's hard to convert. Incline is way better on the shoulders and more applicable to athletics. Used to do 405 x 12 on back squat. I still squat, but I used to too. Just no reason to squat heavy at all these days. Who's keeping track bruh? Lift totals are semi-useless. That, coming from a guy who used to compete in powerlifting. The Xfit culture is even more useless.
