Clerks will always be a classic, in many eyes outside of Jersey. The second one was funny as ****, idk about a classic though. But do your homework and watch the scene from Clerks 2, you'll understand.

 

The definition I found is almost exactly the way you describe it...However, it takes a serious left turn when they mention the related words.

I have never had an infraction though... How do you know if your lucky enough to have one?
I was kind of testing the waters with that post, but, so far as I can tell, I am still a free man.
