let me present to you the following points: 1. the south beach crowd is horrendous and etiquette does not exist 2. parking at reef road does not exist. yeah there are some places where you might not get towed..... might 3. your not surfing pump house w/o a boat or ski good luck tho
Or you could meet up with Sisurfdogg and paddle over with him? Dunno if he's ok with that, but I'm volunteering him HAHA
When its on, I know a parking spot. But if you wanna paddle over for the excitement, I'm always game. This winter I guarantee it will go off several times. When the lows go off OBX and head towards Bermuda, and high pressure is over the Mississippi Valley, PM me. Overhead barrells. Warm blue water. Lots of sharks.
Been hanging around brevard more these past 4years. Theres nothing to do if the sun isn't shining, which explains the crime rates. I don't know why you complain about the surf it's the Atlantic Ocean. Atleast the water is not freezing although some of you think it is!
Alright, I got to chime in. Grew up taking 4 or 5 road trips to Fla every year. I Had some of the best times of my life on those adventures. You could drink liquor at 19 in Fla. Stayed in a hotel at New Smryna for 30 bucks for a week. The owners and most employees had been locked up for selling drugs and basically threw the keys to an 18 year old kid they had hired the previous week. He's like you're paying cash right? Yep! Watched two women get in a full fledge knife fight in Cocoa Beach hotel. Can't really begin to tell the good stuff because it gets incriminating. Good times anyhow.
It's a cross between Hee Haw and Jerzy Shore meets Lil' Wayne on Gilligan's Island. Tramps, floozies, gangstas, with umbrella drinks and non stop Jimmy Buffet music. C'mon down, and bring your sister.
Surfed until dark. Head High on Sets, looks like swell has finally arrived. Lots and lots of jellies and a little inconsistent. Water 83* Air 78* nice waves, great sunset,,,,,,,,,Thank You JESUS!
As much as I enjoyed my times in FL, I'd likely miss not having four distinct seasons. Even though winters in Tidewater VA are milder than those further north, we still experience the fall colors, the smell of leaves on the ground, frosty mornings, and some snow most winters.
Mr Wayne, it seems as though you have forgotten our little deal ... didn't we make a wager on how many more posts you'd have in 2014? I think we said 3 when you were at 205...correct me if I'm wrong. I'm happy to see you back of course.
his lawn doesn get cut when there are waves, while Jesus' grew up the poor son of a cuckolded sheepherder, he learned to surf on the mediocre waves nears south Mythistan and eagerly awaits for Florida to break so he can get some. He had to move for a job.
This (and wayne) are why FL cant have nice things http://www.miamiherald.com/news/politics-government/article2909766.html watch vid, he has sick smile while arguing about the fan, with fan blowing up his crotch on his nuts, like he was getting off on the wind and the argument. I am all about cooling my nuts, but not in front of a crowd this large.
I'd love to have Florida air/water temps in the winter. 37 degree water with 5 degree air hurts. But I couldn't live in Florida. Been there a bunch and had fun, but never felt like I'd like to live there. I'm cool with living in New York and a few trips in the winter to get a break from the cold. As far as waves. I agree that we don't often get waves in the Atlantic, but disagree about the conditions. Winds are usually offshore up here when we get a swell.
God is GOOD. Wife is off bed rest. I am sort of back. Baby soon.....2015 is going to be a big year. Mr Seldom thanks for your concern and I will see you when we come through your area in 2015. Where might that be?
