Hey, I'm back after yet another absence...... I noticed something strange.... There's a hurrycane off the coast and y'all aren't going bonkers on here. Don't y'all go bonkers aboot canes anymore? Or is it past "the surfing season" already? I don't know if yesterday(Friday) was purely that windswell or a mix of cane, but it was pretty fun yesterday in Nueve Yersey. So.....what's going on here?
Surfed out between yesterday and today. Happy to be able to find a few sparsely populated peaks and enjoy this swell. This morning was a little messy for the first half of the session, but when the offshores kicked in, I switched boards and it was like another day. My shoulders hurt. My eyes burn. But it's good to be a surfer in New Jersey today.
Sh!t man I've been surfing the past 3 days...LBCrew its good to be on the east coast this week. My whole body hurts...lol.
Yeah, boy. I'm glad you got some surf satisfaction. I mean that. I like LBCrew. Heck, everybody loves LBCrew on here. Of course, he is originally from South Jersey. That's where all the cool kids come from. You know who doesn't like LBCrew? Mitchell. Mitchell's sore because if he lived in a real state, he may be able to acquire the reputation and respect that LBCrew has on here. But alas, Mitchell lives in Delaware, a forgotten state squished between the industrious north and the farmland of the south. Oh so close......so close......
I don't know man, I kind of want to move to Georgetown, it's close to Naval Jetty, probably cheap, and I can still get good Mexican food.
That was a pretty random comment... If I'm sore, its due to surfing three days in a row. But I'm not sore.
Oh don't get me wrong, I have always dug Delaware. I almost kind of love it. I harbor fantasies of living there sometimes. Heck, in certain scenarios, I would...... Just curious, where is this good Mexican food at?
Mitchell, it's ok. I admire your bravery. It's human nature to be sore at LBCrew. And more antagonizing is that, wow, you are so close. Just a ferry ride across the Delaware Bay. You could have been LBCrew.....so close. Aww shucks, Mitchell, I'm just funnin' around......
Is Georgetown really half-Mexican? Yeah, many Mexicans in Hammonton. Or should I say, "mucho." Lots of Italians, also. I don't know which is worse. Jesus, man. Anyways, there might be mucho Mexicans, but I don't think there is any good Mexican food here in Hammonton. I don't know. There's this one place that everyone goes to, but I wasn't impressed. Then there's a bunch of dive kitchens, that I ain't eating in. There's a new place at Egg Harbor & Bellevue Ave, lots of white people going there. Actually, I'm not really a Mexican food fan.......I like a good cheese quesadilla or enchillada. Oh, I like nachos. NACHOS !!! But yeah.....too much varmit eatin there.
Yeah...has been for a while. there are definitely some good food to be had in the little carry out places on the side streets...some might even call them
When I lived in The Bronx, you could find decent non-varmint Mexican street food, and in East Harlem there are some semi-gentrified places that will do, but yeah, I hear you.
Hey...GOSJBJR...shouldn't you be at some Jerz DP right now bro? I'm out here in the desert getting stoked off Mexi women and smooth pave when you cats are frothing on Cat4 cane swell lines. What's going on here? Are you getting stoked? Bro. Dine on set waves like it's your last ever meal from the Gulf Stream. I'm talking getting a tread started on SI about what your 540 should really be called that you busted at the Pipe. Bro, that's the illest metallic jetty known to man. God Bless that weather station.
