I think its crazy when people say surfers can't fight. Surfers are athletes who know how to perform under stressful situation, who are not afraid of injury, and who have to be in (at least moderately) good shape. The fact is that the vast majority of people have no idea how to fight. I think if you took the ratio of surfers who can fight to total surfers it would be much higher than general public who can fight to general public. Also, fighting in a wetsuit can't be easy (proud to say I've never tried).

Dude being athletic has nothng to do with being able to fight, nor does not being scared to get hurt, you are right about most ppl not knowing how to fight though. Some dudes can fight really well but don't have an athletic bone in their body. It's a skill either you have or you don't

theres always someone bigger,thats what I think of anytime a threat persues.like if a big guy wants to beat my azz il walk away lol,and one day a bigger guy will beat his azz.

also size has nothing to do with it.a 5'6 skinny guy can beat up a 6'2 larger guy,not all the time,but sometimes.people think fighting is all about using ur fist,they are so wrong.i seen my ex knock someones whole teethline loose with a backslap.and this is like a 5'1 girl against a guy that was atleast 6ft.the teeth were wiggling,it was scary.my ex was also a black belt in white tiger kempo so..........lol she taught me how to fight

 

I once witnessed a 5'8" scrawny black dude beat the **** out of a 6' something cut white dude in an alley of south street! All you need is the heart of a lion or in this case the heart of a crack head!
