The fock you mean...and how does the financial state of surfing benefit you at all? Aside from the high price of the surf shop tee's you get in your Christmas stocking.

And 'my case'? Kid, if I wanted to ride a shortboard I'd ride a shortboard. Hey what type of board did you learn to surf on? Because when I learned to surf...as in 'your case' surfing...there were no funshapes, and logs didn't appeal to me, so I learned on a 6' 2" thruster. You wouldn't paddle for the waves I pull in to. On my BOOG.

Sorry to make this into a boog v surf thing. I was taking a lighthearted jab at SS. Everyone leave him alone about BBing. Save it for the hunter.

Nah Clemmie it's good...people could say whatever the fark they want. But I'm not gonna let some 14 yr old inland haole off the hook easy...especially one that in the past has said "BBing killed the spirit of surfing"...learn some surf history kid...

I learned on a 5'10" twin fin! Thing is a dang toothpick. Safe to say I don't ride that anymore.

im guessing this dude works at a surfshop and gives surf lessons.i could give 2 shyts aboit the money surfing brings in,doesn't make me richer or poorer.im kinda disgusted how mainstream it has become.thats the reason I stopped skating,at the time the hipster breed was just beginning with the kids with their trucker hats and spandex jeans killed it,i don't want to be associated with people like that, they gave skating a bad rap.when I started surfing I prayed I would run into another surfer just to see how they do it and whats the thing to do,there wasn't any surfers anywhere near me.nowadays instead of looking for fellow surfers,i have to search for miles to find an empty beach.even in the winter its starting to get crowded.it makes surfing less fun and more dangerous when ur out in January and theres people bobbing around on the inside and u cant take off on a good wave because theres 15 people in the way down the line

Really gives meaning to the whole steep learning curve thing.

^^^Man what a bunch of kooks those guys are.

Word baddy...despite the ASP's stance on grabbing rail, I like the aesthetic of a backside pig-dog barrel, be it on feet or a knee.
