A strange way to get your kicks. like drone warfare without a drone, just a bitter f*ck with a keyboard.

I received the Gull Wing BLEF and a 8" Spitfire and a 3.5 center nub, and two 4.25 side bites to go with it. They look very professionally made, comparable with other fins on the market. The Gull Wing has some flex, the others none that I can tell without plugging them into a board. I hope they work, they look cool as fuk! It is supposed to lie down a bit by Thursday, so I'll try out the Gull Wing on my longboard instead of my 8" Tru Ames Squirrel Cutaway that I like so much. I shipped all the other fins to Clemsonsurf so he can use them on his trip to PR. So feedback will be on its way soon. Roy, thanks for giving us swellies a chance to try them out!

Roy how realistic are those computerised images to the actual appearance of the fins? I assume that's a digitised image and not a photograph put on a grey background with gradient. Do you also list the weight of each in grammes anywhere?

Those are the actual fins not computerised images. they are just photographed lying on a computer screen and taken with a cellphone camera.

I'm intending to list the weights of each fin, and the planshape area as well. They are very light, for example our Gull Wing is a tad over half the weight of the solid glass McCoy Gull Wing even though it has more volume than the McCoy... and it is light enough to float.

Here's another one, this time a 4.25" side fin.The fin is direct from the printer before the trailing edge is tidied up ( there's a slight bead at the trailing edge which we remove by hand).

Pretty sic bro. Real photos are better. Thought you had draughted them on a graphics program. That they are photos must emphasise their colours. They look good. Let's see the tri-fin set bro.

    Cheers.

The Green cutaway fin is the side fin for the tri fin set, the trailing fin is the same but symmetrically foiled.

Here's a planshape shot of the same fin, again straight from the printer so there's a slight roughness on the tip which is tidied up later.

    It's a blast making these

Here they are. I might get a chance to test them before PR. Ride reports will happen in the next week or so.
