And as for unarmed black folks, I think good people of those areas should be armed. They are at the highest risk for violent crime victimization. I also think all Americans should push for personal improvement, not perpetual poverty, which is often what the inner city areas perpetuate. Raw stats, not opinion.

this is my take. imho karma rules the night. i drove a cab at night many years. if that kid had thugged me (actually, it was menacing) he would have at least gotten the ride for free. and if ferguson goes up in smoke can we at least toss michael jr. into the inferno?

Putting all the case details/police state stuff aside, there's one conclusion that can be drawn here. And that is this nation will never, mark my words, never reach some type of idealized harmonious relationship b/t ethnicities. And I sympathize with the oppressed throughout the course of our history, I truly do, but I also feel that racist thought is alive and well on both sides of the fence. *that's why I post Chicken Box, gotta find humour somewhere
