Discovery channel in rye ..

Hi . They are doing a test area for a new discovery owned show in the northeast .

 

Sounds like some of these fellas are concerned about fitting in their sisters jeans. "Oh,I can't surf today, have my period and gained some water weight. My volume is off and I need to readjust my stompy.." Girls.

 

I look awkward under 180. Legs are the majority of the weight (still got those soccer tree trunk legs), shoulders are too broad to be skinny. I think we're in the same boat there. My leanest was probably 172 in high school, shredded at that point but I was smaller at that point overall. Got on the sauce for a bit in college, 220 no neck, sick all the time, **** was awful and my body felt like hell. Weight like that is long term back problems waiting to happen with my stature.

 

Sigh... I miss the sauce. Its arguably the greatest recreational drug of all time. Wanna aggro-trip for 3 months AND get cut up, try Equipoise!!!

So seriously, every pound matters. If you cant feel the difference 8lbs makes... Young bucks with their shredding metabolisms dont know yet, and old timers who are way too overweight dont care, but those of us scrapping for prime performance in the face of time's inevitable dump on our chest know what its about.

I unfortunately know most of it just from having the radio on. The worst part is I know the "rap" part.
