Does anyone else seem to get the impossible to avoid rash/chafing in the sacred region during a long session? Tried that belly jelly and even body glide... seems hit or miss..
I surf with "cycling shorts" (9" inseam poly boxer briefs) on in my wettie and sometimes I get a rub on the back of my balls. I use the anti-chafe stuff and it works okay. Its overpriced A+D I think. Also---my "cycling shorts" are kinda snug and sometimes when my suite is riding the combination jams one of my nads up into my stomach/pubic region. When I lay on my board I get slammed with an OHMYGODOWOWOWOWOWHOLYFAWWWWKK?!?!?" and have to push it back down. I will sometimes check for nad positioning in a lull just in case. You all know that about me now.
"Anus care....??" Just when I think I've read / heard / seen most of the nutty stuff, along comes this. Do you think Da Bull conducted 'anus care' while surfing northern Cali? Do you think those surfing Canadian brothers, the Fruhwilers or Browilers or whatever their name is, conduct mutual 'anus care' up there in BC in February? Do you think the Germans thought about 'anus care' when they bombed Pearl Harbor? NO! Friggin modern pansy buoyz, stop writing about crap just to pull a paycheck. As to the OP, as others have stated try UA compression shorts, also Elephant Surf Josh Kerr shorts work great, and any number of others like Billabong, O'Neill & more. Or have your gf swath your package in Vaseline before you paddle out. Just don't let waynetheinsaaaane see that maneuver.
Or, you could have that self-important asspon mtitz69 emerge from his cicrle jerk meeting & happily do it for you.
Thank you sbx for that remarkable link, I learned nothing about caring for my balls and anus, but I did learn this: apparently uncircumcised weenies can be entangled in public hair. Good thing I was born in the USA where they mutilate weenises at birth! And thanks Yankee for the hilarious commentary.... I agree with you about the lack of quality content, as 'The Inertia' so often reminds me.
Didn't work for me, was getting a nasty collar rash/chaffe from my matuse suit, slapping Vaseline around neck didn't work too well...better but if you're already scratched up a little it won't do much help. Ended up switching suite companies
Anus and Cock care for the winter surf rider. I just wear compression shorts, and I'm rash free. But my Northern genetics causes me to have swamp ass and grundel from May 1 to October 8.
anything petroleum-based can dissolve neoprene over time. yes, it's waterproof and will stay on longer, but not a good idea. i rarely have ball rash problems with my wetsuites. i do have the painful ball pushed out of place phenomenon occur when i jump on my board to paddle, but that's about it.
