thats what i do. i then toss all out the bathroom window. so as not to ensnare non-surfing family members. clothes-line dry. boots/gloves take forever. sometimes brown water comes out of 'em. stinky. sum of total is re-considering moving to tropics.

As you know, rhode island was surfable for the last 7 days and pumped for 3. by the 7th day of taking my thickass suit off and the millionth time in my life i realized how sick i was of the routine, all i want to do after a sesh is pack a fat one, shower hot and not take the time to thoroughly rinse my expensive suit which i care so dearly for. My frustrations for surrounding rhode island surfers come from the lack of smiles they all have for the most part aka bonnet point on monday got ruined by kooks with no surfing perspective. rant over

I reckon the thought of sand in me drains makes me a mite nervous, so main main priority is to de-sand before I get home. Also, do you fellers with frost-free valves keep them open all year up North? That makes me a mite nervous too, so I close it.

Call me crazy, but a tread on the science of wetsuite laundering can only go so far prior to derailment or trolling. Liquid Dr. Bronners works good as well, is cheaper and multi-purpose. The peppermint seems to leave a very fresh wetsuite for me.
