Hi. Please do not: Go into a country western bar and demand they play thug rap music. Write letters to NFL network cause they don't have shows about the history of Cuneiform writing. Go to the town square of an Amish village and decry the scarcity of Korans and prayer blankets faced eastward. Write letters to MMA cause they don't have more gay fighters in drag. Go to The Belmar and try to ban Hindu models and bench offs. Do NOT do that. Bust into a church during Sunday service and demand they immediately sacrifice a goat. Likewise, come into Swellinfo and thump us with your Bible. To its their own. A place for everything, and everything in its place. Look. I'm a Christian. Even worked in the TV production dept of a mega church in ATL. But I ain't in here conducting a hostile takeover of Swellinfo. This idea that we are somehow entitled to go anywhere we wish, and force our wills upon others just ain't right. We is what we is here, and we kinda sorta like it that way: A rag tag group of generally semi decent hooligans tryin to have a little fun, share knowledge, and go surfin. If you wanna do something else, go do it somewhere else. If you like this show, watch it. If not, change the channel. Please. Change the channel. There's 100s of em. Don't demand that ALL the channels be YOUR channel. Nobody likes a terrorist. My $0.02. Paulie in Galveston.
Not sure which of these are more ingenious. Wow. Cuneiform writing. All in all, that's some fine work Billy. The whole post.
Actually in some mountainous Caucus countries in the remotest of regions, Christianity was very isolated for a very long time and became this amalgamation of centuries old pagan traditions and the basic faint blueprint of Christian faith. Goat sacrifice is pretty common.
We've got metard, rcarter, the many faces of Bill and others banned yet sharts like Wayne remain. MICAH WHAT'S YOUR DEAL?!?!
idk man i think there are worse people on than, well im catholic so i dont really mind him i know in florida theres a a bunch of christian surfers you'll like see little hang outs with a big sign that says (christian surfers). i like those guys but i dont really like how wayne is trying to convert kids using surfing i think its deceptive. but i think the trolls like slater, and other are way worse. wayne is justt trying to spread his message which is a good one but hes doing it in a dishonest way.
waynetheinsaaaaane is a traitor to Swellies, he gave away the shop to MSW, BUT, he's our traitor & it's better to know what you've got than not. wti is a phony & he wants only your money or your surf gear, but he's ok for amusement purposes. Absolutely agree the trolls like slaterfaker, megash!iiitles, shart boarder, shart snuffer & atlanticohno deserve / deserved bans for total uselessness, violent approaches to Swellies & general obnoxious behavior that's off the chain.
Agree Mr Yankee that these pinheads that just bust up treads on purpose get on my last nerve. BTW, that's pretty hard to do. No way they'd pull that crap IRL. Probably little kids that need their ass beat with a switch. If somebody flames on em enough to run em off, then THAT person would probably get double secret probation, or banned or something.
WHAT DID CARTER GET BANNED?!?! PM ME IF THATS THE CASE TO LET ME KNOW... because im probably too tipsy to check this thread again consistently. caps lock probably wasnt necessary for the last part eitehr....
i'm guessing yankee had rcarter band.....you know, the old: what competition? i don't have any competition....
I think I got suspension or detention once and know I can't remember why? maybe it was something I said ? anyway we all slip up once in a while but some are more deserving than others.
whether some believe that the message of christianity is a good one or not. Just like any bar that i have ever been in or managed there should not be any religion or politics discussions in the line up, or on a message board that is designated for surfing. Too many strong beliefs for someone to come on here and say that their belief is the right one. Surf is my religion
