On another note. This is awesome to not know who is going to be champ and we are in R3 of the final contest. All 3 in the running are well deserving....

I hate him less than I did at beginning of this year and last year. Still want Kelly to win it all. Or mick since that would boost my FS points enough for a free custom board.. ahah.

I think he is more than able but I wouldnt bet on it.

 

of all the people to draw...payne has the best chance to knock him out...seen him in the last 2 events and the guy is crazy good...and hopefully backdoor is open...which will bode very well for dusty.

I look at the live cam yesterday. over head, glassy and 3 guys out. I guess that's considered flat there.

 

Its relatively tiny right now at Pipe, but new swell should be showing up through the day. I would definitely anticipate them to hold off on the morning, because Pipe probably won't even break right now, and then they will check back in the afternoon to see how that swell is filling in. I'm not sure how much time they need to finish all of the heats, but tomorrow will be the chance, so hopefully they are able to get in round 3 this afternoon.
