i found this website called ( wannagosurf.com) it showed me alot of local spots may be that can help ..
its "wannasurf.com" cool site. I added a few sunset cliffs spots to that database and they use em. cool.
I think it is, but dont quote me on that. I've only been once and it was a friday if I remember correctly. Guess you could always show up and find out. At worst you'll just get turned away.
