Whats up everyone, I am trying to decide where along the east coast of Florida I could score the absolute best waves this swell has to offer for Friday (Tomorrow). I live in Jacksonville right next to the Poles. I've definitely lucked out by driving to Melbourne for bigger and better conditions on particular swells. But Ive also driven south when it was just as good in Jax. My buddy and I are planning on hitting either Fort Pierce or Melbourne (Indialantic) at Dawn tomorrow. Conditions from swellinfo are looking much better at Fort Pierce compared to Jacksonville. Does anyone know where the best breaks at Fort Pierce are? North side of the jetty?
I don't know much about Ft. Pierce, but I do know Melbourne and a few nearby spots handle big swell nicely
Where you from swellchaser...do not come to F.P. there is nothing but hookers, meth heads and a bunch of crazy friggin agro people that will run you over...seriously....the vibe is intense. Go to a more friendly place like Sebastian Inlet or Melbourne.

That place aint no joke, you get shot there buddy...it used to be called AIDS capital of the world (NBC News)...no joke, can you say the Hood.
Welcome to Florida. Jupiter has a few good breaks, and tomorrow should be real good. If you can handle lots of paddling the outside break at Carlin Park should be firing. If you don't like crowds, just south of Carlin park is a more midbreak and spread out due to current and quantity of waves. Jupiter Island is a whole nother animal and is rocky, sharky, and the po po don't play. Juno Pier is the spot, the scene, and the north side is a shortboard peaky contested spot, the south side is more longboard friendly, but on big days like tomorrow there is a right hand wedge midbreak that is very contested, and lots of fun if you get the peak. The Jupiter Inlet (south side) is the go to spot if you are scared of big waves, it offers lots of shelter. On big NE slop chop, it is lots of fun on high tide, it misses the outside bar and jacks up at random peaks. Guanabanas is the party spot where all the hot surfer girls hang out and listen to the bands. Enjoy!
Damn thanks for all the input guys. Still trying to decide.. Fort Pierce is out haha. That song is funny as **** though. Might have to do Melbrourne. The Poles is such a good spot but I wanna try to get that extra size if its there. fl.surf.dog -- I live in Jacksonville, grew up in the Delmarva area Im trying to catch something like this: http://www.gulfster.com/Daily/2014PictureGallery/121014ec/index.html This day was like half the size in Jacksonville. Where you guys surfing tomorrow if you can make it out??
You all know of any good spots in Cocoa Beach or Melbourne?? I normally just go to the boardwalk right where road 192 ends in Melbourne. Its chill, spread out, and seems to break good when i've gone.
"Where you guys surfing tomorrow if you can make it out??" - Swellchaser Secret (not really, but core crew only) spot
If that's the wave you want then look a little north of Indiatlantic, won't give the exact spot but there are a few.
