Bubonic drove a lot of good discussion, quality threads on beer and surfing! Honorable mention for sure.

NYNJ also deserves a mention, consistently funny and concise, pound for pound, poster of the year no doubt.

Seldom is the most liked dude round these parts, no surprise there. If this place was a party he'd be the life of it.

As for me? I didn't realize I was nominated for any categories but it's much appreciated, thank you to my sole fan. I will continue to devote time and energy to retorting the stupidest and most baseless excuses for thought that assault our senses on this fine forum. And I'll even contribute some surf related thought, how about that.

I am deeply humbled these results and I'd just like to say a few things.

+1on the hilarity of nynj. Many a time his posts have made me laugh out loud. I could say the same for many of you fellers, so let's keep it up.

-Some of you dudes are some righteous mothertruckers, you know who you are, and the righteous ones make evident the fact that the human spirit is not dead.

-I really like this place. My time on here has coincided with my current source of employment, but the last couple years have seen much more water time for me, and when I'm at work, this place helps me keep it alive.

-I understand the apprehension new posters may feel, but, I mean, come on, if it's gonna impact your feelings maybe you should reconsider. It's just the internet. That being said, in spite of what some might consider the nonsense, I try to keep it full circle and participate in the wave/surf/pic/vid threads as well as the funny stuff(if you don't like the funny stuff, maybe you're a nihilist?). But post what you wanna see, that's how things change.

-IHL, instead of proposing outrageous fees, buy a hat and get off your knees.
