Well boys, looks like this is going to be my house for the next 3 months while I quest along in costa rica in search of heady waves and deep tropical pits of the female and aquatic variety. Will be sure to post photos and stuff in this thread as the internet access allows for any of ya mates that want to live vicariously through me in your office chairs. Peace out swellies!
damn dog happy traveling back in the early 90's my cousin bought a van and traveled from texas to costa rica with a bunch of his buddies. he told me his van almost flipped a couple of times since the dirt roads you had to take to get to the surf spots were so harsh. he also told me that he got some of the best waves of his life, and also some of the sketchiest situations of his life on that trip. he brought 2 o's so even if there weren't waves they'd still be having a good time
Dude. Your going to have fun. Get ready! Just stay outta jaco at night... Seriously... Haha later brah - maybe next time you should book your flight to Belmar, NJ for some sweet waves. Epic waves.
why would one bring "2 Os" to CR? someone is always holdin down there. but I guess it was early 90s. maybe things were different. that's when I took my first trip to CR. things were wayyyyyy different.
good for you. you'll get some surf. but, you'll be kicking yourself in the azz in the Spring when the real waves start to roll-in and you gotta come home.
A day hasn't gone by since Trevolution started posting where I haven't read about his trip to CR. Have fun, but the self-promotion of your travel plans have become exhausting and it'll be a nice three month break on SI. I can't wait to hear all about your trip, every day, when you return to the googlemachine.
Everything FUN writes is fabricated or derived from his vicarious experience formed from what he reads on the internet....
the travel through mexico wasn't short and they weren't making any stops, so that calls for some car tokin or so you think... hatin mang
yo homies, finally got my high resolution shots from costa in. Some photographer happened to be serendipitously on the beach during one of the smaller days at pavones. I got all 50 of the shots, ill upload once i get housed up again with a constant internet connection and off the road. my dad made this cool slideshow though with him and his bud jamming in the background, i thought it was a cool way to incorporate some homemade music to some traveling. check it out and i hope it suits ya!
