http://www.outsideonline.com/outdoo...lacing-Meat-Plant-Based-Meats-Vegetarian.html This machine may replace the inefficient animal and could process plants directly into protein. Thoughts?
I would rather have a steak than a burger. And no, not a tube steak. (Figured I would fix that immediately! HA HA)
A long, but interesting read. If it tastes good and the price point comes down I'd be up for a beast burger.
are you one of those guys who never orders a turkey burger or chicken sandwich? My Father in law is like that and it's hilarious/scary. Already had to have open heart surgery.
oh man, I do love a good turkey burger. It doesn't touch a delicious medium rare piece of steak and your potatoes soaking up that delicious bloody juice, but a turkey burger is good. Maybe some guac and some pico on it. Dammit, now i'm getting hungry
Hell, I'll try about any food once. I'd love a healthy and more eco friendly alternative to meat but I am a doubter. If you can make a healthy/fake bacon that taste like bacon you should be crowned king.
I'm a long time vegetarian, but I'm kind of put off by the tech-start up feel of this. That said, if it really does grill up like meat I would definitely buy it occasionally.
