    $187?

Or did you have to do a 187 to get the board?

I had a diamond tail that was a little too small for me that was gifted to my by a friend who moved to HI and decided to buy new sticks when he got there. It was too thin for me and I put my front foot through it. It rode nice for being too small though so I was impressed. Wow $187 is a great price.

I'm shaping one like that this spring. Probably will have a rounded diamond nose and wide rounded squash tail.

Anything with minimal rocker and a wide tail and nose is great for small waves and high speeds in anything really once you get used to the different takeoff. Id like to see a pic when you're done. Did you see the boards the guy was shaping out of cork and only laminating the bottom because cork doesn't absorb water?

No haven't seen that but sounds cool. I have a long history of surfing homemade planks. Took out a 5'2" self made simmons durring hurricane Earl. Had a bunch of naysayers on the beach until they saw me drop in to some overhead waves. When I got out they came up and said seeing is believing.

Ironically, this thread was hijacked only to become MORE constructive.

I have a Roberts mush machine glassed with Hydroflex, friggin' love that board.
It goes awesome in ankle to head high so long as there isn't much steepness to the wave.

All but replaces the log for those super gutless days

Can someone point me to the thread (or even share the image) of what I imagine was a Metard photoshop of Clemsons avatar? I looked around but couldn't find it.

This had me laughing my asz off Clemmie ...

See you in a couple months Mccall. Don't forget, Swellinfo is not a girlfriend. It's more like a prostitute. You don't have to break it off... just stop visiting for a while. Then, when you're once again tired of missionary, you can visit the prostie for some hindu doublefisting.

I did the same with facebook, got so tired of people posting photos of their food. Plus my mother in-law joined.

I'd ditch fakebook long before I'd leave the SI forum. This place has it all: love, hate, fights, troll wars, award ceremonies, medical advice, conspiracy theories, nature photography, storytelling, and a bit of surf discussion thrown in. Oh yeah, and no in-laws either.

    You'll be back, Ryan. Once a junkie...always a junkie

Even though I recommend the IGNORE FUNCTION to certain people, the IGNORE FUNCTION is for nancy-boys.

We Hardly Boys don't need an IGNORE FUCTION. "Oh man, I'm getting a clue. Yeah, I'm getting a raging clue.."(South Park reference #576).

I mean, like, really, dudes, if you can't handle an internet squabble, how do you function in life?

    I don't know.

However, I do commend you on abandoning the internet all together. This tech stuff just ain't any good.

Flat out 100% correct. I looked on my timeline and it was photos of food, stupid quotes, yoga questions, and the random selfie. Time to move on.

I have a facebook rule. If I don't immediately know who you are in the picture you just posted, you're deleted.
